Summer-toboggan run Keltenblitz
An adventure for young and old
The 1337-metre-high Zinkenkogel is the Halleiner’s local mountain. Below its summit lies the idyllic spa town of Bad Dürrnberg. There, at the car park of the Zinkenkogel lifts, the adventure begins for young and old!
In good weather, the chairlift takes you from the valley station to the top of the Zinkenkogel in about 15 minutes. At the Zinkenstüberl (mountain station), the rapid descent starts with Salzburg’s longest summer toboggan run, the “Keltenblitz”, which is sure to make the eyes of not only the youngest ones shine. It’s a 2.2-kilometre downhill run until you arrive back at the valley station – where you usually go up again straight away.
