The delicious assortment changes with the seasons – from Mother’s Day hearts in spring to truffle hedgehogs in autumn to honey gingerbread and vanilla crescents in winter. The delicate macarons are an elegant greeting from the French patisserie. And the sandwiches made of homemade brioche and hearty quiches, which are popular far beyond the borders of Hallein, complete the sinfully good assortment.
