Tradition obliges: The Hohlwegwirt inn has been family-owned for almost 150 years. Host Ernst Kronreif and hostess and cook Bilijana are hosts with a lot of heart and passion. In their romantic picture book inn in typical Salzburg style, they offer a variety of traditional dishes – from butter dumpling soup to game dishes.

However, the Hohlwegwirt’s cuisine is famous for the wonderful pâtés and terrines, which are available in different variations. From meat to fish – there is a speciality for everyone! Mainly regional ingredients from suppliers in the area are used. A highlight of the culinary delights are the “Venetian Weeks” in February.
