The Bad Dürrnberg Fire Brigade is celebrating its 125th anniversary from 11 to 13 June 2027 and invites the whole community to a weekend of varied festivities.

The festivities kick off on Friday with the official opening ceremony and the tapping of the first keg of beer. Visitors can then look forward to a lively atmosphere with musical entertainment, a wine bar featuring Austrian winemakers, and a bar service.

On Saturday, fire brigades and clubs from near and far will gather. Following the open-air mass, there will be a ceremonial blessing of the fire engines and a grand parade. Musical entertainment in the marquee will ensure a convivial end to the day. Sunday is all about clubs, families and businesses. Following the outdoor mass in the morning, the festivities – featuring musical entertainment and a cosy Father’s Day celebration – invite everyone to celebrate together and linger a while. The Bad Dürrnberg fire brigade is looking forward to welcoming large numbers of visitors and to an unforgettable anniversary celebration.
