Crazy Asians Food in Hallein

What began in July 2021 as a bold takeaway and food truck venture is now the result of passion, hard work and a consistent focus on quality: CRAZIANS has now settled down with its own premises in Hallein. CRAZIANS deliberately sees itself not as a traditional restaurant, but as a gastro-lounge and bistro. It is a place to arrive, stay and feel at home, with a relaxed atmosphere and – naturally – really good food.

The name was chosen for fun – derived from ‘Crazy Asians’. But it quickly became a philosophy: never strictly limiting oneself to a single cuisine, but approaching one’s own roots with an open, creative and modern mindset. Modern Asian cuisine with character – honest, unpretentious, full of flavour. Based on Asian roots from Thailand, Malaysia and China, interpreted in a contemporary way. The menu remains deliberately small and refined, with a maximum of four dishes: two fixed signature dishes, two changing specials. Quality over quantity – a concept that has been successfully put into practice for four years. In addition to desserts, the restaurant also serves dishes such as ramen and other dishes that were previously not feasible as takeaways. The vision: to enrich Hallein’s culinary scene and create a meeting place – for locals and visitors alike.
