Snowshoeing in SalzburgerLand
Winter Hikes in Virgin Countryside
As an alternative activity to skiing in the Tennengau, and especially for all non-skiers out there, snowshoeing is the ideal opportunity to enjoy the snowy winter landscapes of the Tennengau. For your perfect snowshoeing expedition on the Dürrnberg, you will first need the Hallein / Bad Dürrnberg hiking map: All of the marked hiking routes can also be explored on snowshoes, whenever there is plenty of snow on the ground. With sturdy shoes along with ski or outdoor clothing, you are practically ready to go, since snowshoes are available to borrow at the valley station of the Zinken lifts.
Snowshoe rentals on the Dürrnberg
Snowshoes are available to borrow at the valley station of the Zinken lifts during regular opening times for the lifts, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Guided snowshoeing tours in the Tennengau
